Went one evening because the drive thru line was wrapped around a couple of competitors. They hadno ice cream and looked like... only 2 people working. Drive thru lady had an attitude and food was cold even though I waited 4 minutes for fresh chicken tenders.
Once again I waited 10 minutes for the wrong food. This place is terrible with the employees not even knowing what is on their... food and the other employees on their phones. Trying to get the order corrected isn't even worth it. Will avoid this Hardee'sforever. Read more
We should have taken the hint when we pulled in and there was only one car in the parking lot. Walked in and the bathrooms had... not been cleaned for at least a week with flies all over the toilets. Dining room floor was filthy with rocks and sticky.Tabletops had not been cleaned. Food took 10 minutes to get and tater tots were not fully cooked. I drive Uber eats, I got order way ahead of time. I arrived,order not ready. Only 2 people on shift, middle of lunch, if lady... behind counter moved any slower, she'd be in reverse. They were more concerned with drive up orders,than who was in the front. Iwould avoid this place all together,also, underneath equipment in front, hasn't been swept out or mopped for decades it appears. Read more
At least 1 time a week sometimes more. I order a mushroom burger. Some times they are very good. But most the time they are... dried out and cold. Today i ask if they could make sure it was fresh and not dried out. They gave it to me pretty quick. Ifigured since I got it quick it was not fresh. I was right it was the worst one I ever got. I almost never go to Hardee's. I did this time because I had a coupon. Anyway, within my order was a small fries and a drink... with lite ice. I didn't get lite ice but over half of my cup. Instead, my fries were lite (see pic) and barely warm. When Ireceived the drink, I had to hold it out of my window and use my own napkin to wipe the soda off so it didn't drip in my truck.The Big Hardee was good, but I didn't enjoy the meal overall. Paid almost $12.00 for a meal that was cold and not even good! I called the store to talk to the manager about my food and... didn't get any help. It really sucks! I will not be going back! Read more
