Rude staff, botched our order, took an hour to get here. Enough said.
App doesn't work three quarters of the time. Employees in store are rude to customers and some of the drivers are rude and talk... to loud and they're always on their phone instead of doing their jobs. Read more
I gave a good review on the app! But when I called to have them bring me a fork for my salad. They wanted me to give them the... address. I told the manager (who basically said she would not look it up) that I don?t live at the hotel. I didn?t know theaddress. She further stated that if I wanted a fork that I, ME, not them had to give the address to her or she would NOT bringone and she?d hang and call it a good day. Which she did hang up. It?s so sad the lack of willingness to correct a mistake inorder to have a happy customer. I was not upset until the manager started saying all this!
