Reviews for Blue Ridge Coffee in Casper, WY
We wanted to try a newer one of the 1,500 coffee shops in Casper, and are so glad we chose Blue Ridge this round! We got bacon,... egg, and cheese on everything bagels with our drinks. The sandwiches were real-- not those reheated small things some otherspots have. They were hot, delicious, and good portion for coming out of a drive-thru window at a coffee shop! Definitely agreat spot for some breakfast! We will be back to try their other stuff. Read more
Avacado BLT with fruit. Variety of fruit all fresh hiding under the grapes, strawberries, raspberries were orange slices.
Good coffee and excellent breakfast options! Not too expensive either
BEWARE. I went to Blue Ridge today, when I got there there were two cars ahead of me in line. By the time I got my drinks I... literally waited about 30 minutes. I ordered two peanut butter mochas that have always come with chocolate drizzle in the twoplus years I've been going there, and neither of them had it. When I asked why they were not made the normal way, I was rudelytold this was optional. The drink is peanut butter, chocolate, and espresso but apparently 1/3 of it is optional. At this pointI had to get going with my day and didn't have another 30 minutes for them to make my drink correctly, but when I went to drinkit it had no espresso in it!!!! I ordered both with EXTRA espresso and only one had any in it, and it barely tasted like it hadone shot much less two. The other literally had no espresso/coffee in it! So beware potential consumers, if you go here they donot care if they provide you with what you purchase. Make sure you specify all of the ingredients you want in your coffee, andreiterate that you do want coffee in it or they might just decide it's "optional." Read more
Blue Ridge is amazing! Fresh good food and lots of options to choose from. Their baked goods are to die for.
I normally go for one of the breakfast bagel sandwiches, but yesterday I decided to switch it up and get the chicken salad on... white bread. I got my sandwich very quickly, which was nice. But right after I took my first bite I almost had to spit thewhole thing out. I thought maybe the smell of the sandwich threw me off, bur when I tried a second bite I was fully grossed out.The bread I ordered my sandwich on was RAW. Super doughy and tasted really gross and wet. The chicken salad was good, so I atethe first half of my sandwich. I went to ask for a box to go, and also asked the young man working if the bread was always likethat. I asked if it was maybe supposed to be baked twice, because it had the texture of par baked bread. He told me no, and saidthat they baked it there this morning. He said nothing else and I told him my bread was raw. He avoided eye contact and steppedaway from the register seemingly disinterested in the fact that the sandwich I bought was inedible. Said nothing else andshrugged. I?m not one to make a scene in a store, especially when the staff seems unreceptive. I thought my tone was simplycurious and then informed him of the problem so that no other customers would have the same problem. Seriously, just the breadwas under baked. Overall, still great chicken salad inside the sandwich. Per usual the pasta salad was great and I enjoyed mycoffee. I?m a bit disappointed in the receptiveness of my concern/complaint and that for me to say anything at all about thecondition of my food is quite rare. Hoping this reaches management so raw bread isn?t being served to customers who shouldanticipate warm crunchy bread. :) Read more
