16 minutes to get order with only 2 cars ahead of me in line. Staff was not polite and forgot to put a fork in the bag.

Jesus lord this place is a mess.. almost all tables dirty yet only 3 customers in building.. bathrooms, a Porta potty cleaner..... the meat is half raw. Ordered a monster and the patties don't look done and there is pink in the middle. I used to work at thislocation when Lisa was the GM and it was a hella lot cleaner and food was cooked right.. I ordered on the app for the first time. When I showed up to pick up my order they claimed that they closed at 10:30 and my... order didn't come in until 10:32. First of all they are supposed to be open until 11 and second my order went through at 10:28.I will be contacting corporate about them closing early. Read more

Worst food I've had in a long time. Showed up right at 11am (lunch time) We waited a few minutes for the food, so there was... hope that it was freshly cooked.
