ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!!! If you haven't tried this place you better while you have the chance. they are unfortunately closing... after this week. the most consistent place I've eaten in years. try the smoked carnitas if they have any left. the regularcarnitas are amazing but the smoked carnitas are better. the chips and queso are amazing as well. honestly never beendisappointed. they do also have veggie tacos for anyone not wanting meat. I personally feel they are the best in our area and amgoing to be sad when I cant stop by any more. yes I will be trying to go at least one more time this week. Taco's were very tasty and the quantity of meat was awesome. I had two taco's and they were equal to a big burrito. Prices are... not expensive. Place is super clean and located in a beautiful spot on the highway. The food came quick and owner was verypolite and friendly. If you are in a hurry and need to grab good food this is the place to go. we were on the way to pikes peakand rite before driving up the hill this place was only 5 minutes away. Read more
These were the best tacos I've ever tasted. Just relocated from California, where tacos are a plenty, and these were infinitely... better. Staff was so nice too, and gave us some free samples of stuff. Can't wait to come back! Read more

I was recommended this place by some friends in Green Mountain Falls .. Skinny Taco did not dissapoint :) Authentic street... tacos and simply delicious... A very simple menu that is big on taste.. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.. If you are ataco fan, this is a must.... Read more
