I used to enjoy the food and service at this location. It declined during COVID, but I thought it was just that issue but it is... still a problem. In the drive through the chicken is always dried out and overcooked, The drinks are half filled, and there arerarely utensils in the bag for the side orders. Had a bad experience yesterday with a girl at this KFC. I ask a question to one of the employees that works there and she was... rude and just ignored me and roll her eyes and walk away. I can't believe KFC hires these kind of people. The manager saw her Ibelieve that was the person in charge. Manager apologized for her just a horrible despicable attitude and just a bad person. Iask one of the other girls that work there what is her name she said it was Leatha. Her name should be lethal to a business.
