A worker named Tammy at Burger King was awfully rude. When I got to drive thru she kept cutting me off mid sentence and was... screaming at me through the drive thru and as I got to the window to pay I was trying to hand her my card and she proceeded toclose the window, after 5 minutes she grabbed it to charge me and I then asked for sauce and she walked away mid sentence andthen I asked again for extra sauce and that I?m willing to pay for it and she proceeded to charge me for water plus sauces.During that time she took about 5-10mins and kept coming back to be sarcastic instead of hanging me the sauces. She said shedidn?t have to give me sauces and sauces were she quoted ? only for the chicken nuggets ?. She wasted 5-10mins trying to hand mesauces. This was so unprofessional for being rude, yelling, no handing me my things after I paid for, wasting my time and thepeople behind me and charging money for something I didn?t ask for and the sarcasm. Terrible service by her and I?ll be lettingmy community of casa grande know about this experience cause nobody deserves to be treated rudely when you as a costumer we?renothing but nice. Read more

Was supposed to be ready for pick up at 1150. Finally I asked where my order was at 1220. Evidently the online orders print on... a different printer than the registers. They hadn't bothered to check for online orders. Order was incorrect missing the freeonion rings. Was the special that day because it was National Onion Ring day. Had to get two different managers involved. I hadverified my order before submitting. WARNING DO A PRINT SCREEN OF YOUR ORDER BECAUSE YOU CAN'T REVIEW YOUR ORDER AFTER PLACINGIT. When their fries are fresh they are the best in town. If they made to order I would quickly upgrade this to a 5. Super... convenient to get in, order and go. Haven't been attacked by bunnies here, which is a plus. Read more
This Burger King is the worst one I have ever been too. Went here to pick up a delivery, went to the door to pick up the food,... when the employees looked at me then turned away ignoring me. After the employees seen me standing at the door, they saidnothing like we are closed or need to go to the drive thru. They turned off the light with me standing at the door, not sayinganything to me. I would not go to this restaurant, the customer service is -0 they need some training on how to treat theircustomers. I would never dine here. Management needs to have a talk to the night employees on their manners. The food is great, when you actually get what you order. I have forever given up going through the drive through unless... desperate. At this burger King, make sure to have the cashier repeat the order back to you fully otherwise it will be wrong.This is without fail, it will be wrong. Go inside, have them repeat it back to you, check all food before leaving the building. Read more
