I love Zaxby's and have given other Triangle area locations 5 stars. However, this location does NOT have the dining room open,... therefore you must go through the drive through. Also, their prices are significantly higher than the other locations. Would notsuggest. Read more

Visited this location on numerous occasions. Very poor customer service. It's a shame that you order and requests specific... condiments that are charged, and the restaurant still fails to put them in the bag. I requested two hot honey mustard, but Ireceived ranch. 15 minutes in the drive thru, staff wasn't rude, but not friendly. Order was wrong, fries and tenders were cold and soggy, no... sauce. I feel obligated to share this experience. I have gone to this Zaxby?s two times and have had very bad experiences both times. I... was (and am) a huge fan of the franchise and enjoy their food. However both times I have tried this location I have had myorders grossly incorrect. On my first trip I ordered a large fry and it was missed entirely. As well as no sauces (even thoughthey were requested and normally expected with chicken fingers). Now on a second occasion I arrive and this time I do get myextra order of ?large fries? but this is what it looked like. I was told this was indeed a large by the manager, and a ?regular?fry was half of this amount.
