Wendy?s Corporate put out that Wendy?s will be serving breakfast combos to Veterans on Veterans Day. I just went to this... location and the lady working was rude and said they are only giving a sandwich. Just put a sign indicating you?re notparticipating as to avoid confusing Veterans ? additionally, the lady on the speaker was barely able to communicate. Had the strawberry salad with added avocado. Order was correct and delicious.
Sadly I have to agree with the negative reviews. We went by tonight around 8:20pm (apparently they close at 8:30) and the... drive-thru had no customers in line. We tried to give our order to a guy who did not seem to know what he was doing, since whenI asked him to repeat the order, a lady's voice came on the overcom. I asked for my fries to be crispy and they said it will bean extra 6 minutes, which we said was fine. They asked us to pull up and wait for the order to be brought out. At 8:30 on thedot they a young man brings out our food in a scrunched up bag. The fries were cold and limp and the chicken sandwhich wassmushed. I tried to go in and have the order collected but the door was locked. Two of the employees just look at me andwalkked away.
