My order got messed up twice. The first time they gave me the wrong sandwich, then they gave me a cold bun and a burnt chicken... sandwich for the second one, and after that they smashed my bun again for the third try. Also, think the grease needs to bechanged for the fries. You can taste it. I love Wendy's; but they disappointed me this time. The Lady's at the window were nice.Y'all used to be my favorite. If we are purchasing from your establishment, we should get food that matches your price. 10+ fora sandwich and fries that aren't edible, is a no for me. I shouldn't smell old grease, while looking at a smashed sandwich.Pretended like every customer is your favorite person, and make it like that everytime. Read more

Placed a mobile order for inside pickup and doors were locked. Had to wait in the slow drive through line. Go to the McDonalds... (or better yet Chick-fil-a) next door instead. Pay your people enough to open the business as intended, I saw at least 3 cars ofpeople try to go inside but then leave as opposed to getting in the drive thru. Read more

Whoever is at the drive thru window right now needs a serious attitude adjustment. Hands down the rudest interaction I have had... at this location thus far. Unfortunately, I believe this individual is a manger based off the attire. Honestly some of the worstcustomer service I have ever experienced. Gave me my drink with no ice and no explanation. I asked if I could have ice and theresponse was ?no?. I looked at this individual in disbelief and then they said ?it broken? and walked off. They spoke to me withmaybe one word reply?s. The energy from this person was radiating disgust, from ordering my food to leaving the window. Theyshould honestly be ashamed of themselves. Only had drive thru open. Lobby closed due to staff shortage. Frosty machine was not working so no Frosty. Cheese Burger on... pretzel bun was perfection!!!! It would have been nice to eat inside after being on the road for 5 hours but instead we ate inthe parking lot inside the car. The young man taking the orders was very nice, but definitely overwhelmed, I felt bad for him. Read more

Food was hot, fresh, accurate, and tasty. Staff did a fine job. But the dining room was locked, I was told due to being ?short... staffed.? If you don?t start paying your employees a living wage, you?ll lose a lot more money than if you just paid themproperly. I didn?t want to eat in my car. Read more

Like many other places, the inside seating is closed "due to staffing shortages" this trend is very annoying and I believe... "staff shortages" aren't the root issue. They likely have found drive thru reduces drink refills, correcting of inaccurateorders, and reduced staffing needs with no cleaning needed in bath rooms and tables. All resulting in saving money. All thewhile still increasing prices. I'm trying my best to only go to places that offer indoor seating as this trend will only spreadto the point where we will always be eating in our car. The average rating was at 3.7 stars when I ate here, which is a travesty. This Wendy's slaps as hard as any Wendy's in the... country. Get that pretzel bacon pub burger and let your worries melt away. Quit your job. Buy a van. Park outside the Wendy's.Get a frosty. Live your life. Read more

Large chili ans a large drink. Service was decent. Chili was as good as usual. The drink was very poor; there were two of us and... we both had different drinks but both of is could barely tatse the flavor of our sodas.
