Wonderful place to shop for all kinds of meat including rabbit. Lots of sauces, rubs, and side dishes too! I will be back!!!

Updated review: been coming here for years and still never disappoints. I'm appalled at myself for not writing a review for... this place already. I grew up in a small neighborhood with a local butcher. We used to go here and get fresh meats and localgrocery items. The place I knew is long gone and replaced with chains. The Meat House has really brought me back to that localfeel. This place is amazing and their meat selection is unbelievable. The butchers here are very friendly and welcoming. Youcan also ask for items that aren't on display, such as selections of fresh lamb cuts or pork belly slabs and they'll cut itfresh, or order it if its not in stock. They are always open to answering questions and giving advice on food prep and cooking,as well as giving you ideas for a meal. Great place and worth the extra cost. Read more

If you?re not getting your meat here, you?re missing out. Service is always amazing! Food is always beyond what you could... imagine fresh could be. I mean, aside from their tender and delicious fry aged beef. I am going to have them provide my turkeysthis year. Last year they provided me with a 5 pound prime rib roast. Amazing!!! Read more

A disappointing trip to the Butcher's Market. First, it had no whole roasting chickens except possibly in the freezer. That's... not my idea of a butcher shop. Secondly, the meat clerk had no idea what a fresh pork ham was. Okay, I'll give a break;a lot ofpeople don't although I would think a specialty meat store clerk would. Guy#2 appears and after I explain what I wanted, he saysthey don't have that. Now, in this discussion, I didn't detect any overt rudeness but I got a definite vibe that he thought Iwas wasting his time. Just not friendly, helpful, or sympathetic. It was my first time in and I was greeted and helped as soon as I entered the door. The associate at the counter was very... informative and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Each staff member I spoke with was very friendly andknowledgeable. I keep going back for the pork belly and steak tips! Read more

It is great food bottom line. More of a boutique experience and pricey but their age ribeye is the best steak I've ever... prepared. I would say that I am a grill guy but every grill guy knows the meat is what makes it. I love buying my steak here. Read more

Definitely the best place around to expand your culinary arsenal. You can put an entire meal together at the local market! The... selection is broad but contained to make it easier to make a choice for your meal. The marinated chicken breast is worthdriving hours to get a hold of but that's not the main reason I shop here. I am allergic to red meat (seriously) and this is theplace that made it possible for me to eat a wide variety of protiens that I wouldn't otherwise have access to try. The serviceis always well above expectations. And try the Emu! It's my new favorite red/ not red meat. Read more
