We usually eat Hot Pot at home. But we wanted a little treat tonight. This place was pretty good for the value of what you get,... flavor etc for the price. There was a variety of choices. I happened to see this restaurant passing through Cary and had to give it a shot. The atmosphere was welcoming the smells of... fresh broth were amazing. It did not disappoint one bit! I ordered a combo for two which is easily could have fed 4! I chose thechicken broth and the spicy beef broth, the spice is for real! It has to be the spiciest food I’ve had in a long time buttastes so good! It made the sweating all worth it! All the items we put in our hot pot were so fresh and served in a very artfulway. 10/10 would take anyone of my family members here to experience the amazing taste journey that they have provided for usall! The wait time can be long but it is so worth it. Nothing great is ever fast so just sit back sip on a delicious Boba teawhile you wait and enjoy the company you came there with. This was my first hot pot. I thought it was pretty good but very spicy and we ordered mild. Also, we over ordered. Probably... should have stuck to a combo or just tried a few things to start with. While it was unique and really cool hot pot is not forme. Way more work than I was prepared for and I was worried if I was cooking things for long enough. I would take a friend ifthey ever wanted to try it but I would probably not eat here on a regular. Cool, clean, and fun but a bit too much for me. Read more
We heard great things about this place after looking for hot pot. It came highly recommended so we gave it a shot. So happy we... went in. 10/10 amazing experience!!! Was very challenging at first on ordering, but it was my first time at a hot pot place. The server... explained everything and was very patient. The broth was so well seasoned, but I suggest mini mild even if you like spice!Everything was fresh and delicious. Nice big portions, and the condiment bar has wonderful options. The wait staff were friendly and gave us great instructions on how to order andcook the food. Also the place is extreme affordable. I’ve been wanting to try hot pot for a while now but I didn’t know that there was a hot pot restaurant near where I live in... North Carolina. I started googling and I came across this one and many others. After convincing my family to go with me wefinally went and we loved it. We are going to go back and bring more family with us. We really enjoyed it. It was a great way tobond and it put us in an environment where we had to communicate with each other about cooking the different food and making ourdipping sauce along with other topics. Which is an experience that we don’t typically have in American culture. Sometimesthings can be very quiet at the dinner table or you’re alone in the kitchen cooking, or you’re in separate rooms eatingapart from everyone, but not this time. Now the food was delicious. You can smell the broth as soon as you get settled into yourbooth and it smells amazing. The medium level spicy broth has to be my favorite, but if you have a low spice tolerance I wouldrecommend that you get the lowest level available. The flavor is amazing though and you will keep wanting to eat the meat boiled(noodles boiled in this broth is the best to me) in the spicy broth despite your mouth burning. The staff are friendly as well.Our waitress’ name was Sally and she was very helpful and told us the proper way to do things, because I’m sure we didplenty of things wrong (as this was our first time trying it out).
