Yesterday, 11/2, while at Wal-Mart I stopped by Subway to ask a staff member (tall young man) whether they accepted coupons at... this location. I showed him the coupon as well and he confirmed yes. 11/3, arrived at 11am and I believe the owner was there.Ordered two subs, proceeded to use the coupon and was told by the owner they don't accept coupons. I politely said a staffyesterday said yes. He begrudgingly said he'll "check" and after a 15 seconds of reviewing the coupon and scanning it, he saidsorry I can't accept this. FYI, he also didn't have ranch dressing nor Italian Herb & Cheese bread... We usually go to eitherthe Subway by Crossroads or Ten Ten Road, who btw never have an issue accepting coupons. Highly recommend as both locationsalso don't skimp on toppings. Read more

The lady wearing the hijab is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. She must not be working in the front. She... has a very bad attitude and doesn?t care about what it means to be in customer service business. I was very disappointed withthe way she made me feel. She mixed chicken and steak together. Next time if she is working in the front I am going somewhereelse. Her manager(Rashid) on the other side is great. She either needs to be moved to the back to do dishes or sent home. Really good Subway super fast service, friendly and fresh food. They even accepted the Subway coupons which is a plus too! If... you need a healthy lunch, reasonable price, and quick this is the place. Lastly, its inside the Walmart to the far right whenyou come in. Read more
Worst customer service ever this subway emplye refused to let you build your owen sub with what you want on your sub this... location just needs to be shut down and the employee on duty dident seem to hardly understand English or what it means to serveyour customers right. I have a vary particular taste of what I like and what I don't like on my sandwich and to completelyrefuse a customer is extramly bad business. Any other subway or Jersey Mike's, Harris Teeter, will make it exactly how you wantno questions asked or out right refusal of a customer. Read more
