The guy and girl at the shop were very rude. Not changing the hand glove for different subs and she started to clear the sauce... bottle clog with her mouth.. it was disgusting. Go to some other subway! Read more
The owner of this Subway doesn't care about the customers. I can't believe he fired the manager, she was dedicated to his store... and she was the reason why a lot of customers go to that store. She was very good at her job, the vegetables were always freshand the restaurant was very clean. He is hiring new employees that don't know how to make the sandwiches! Read more
Sandwich was good, but took them 12 minutes to make 1 footlong tuna. Lettuce was wilted and brown. Had to throw out the lettuce.... They refused to accept coupons that their address was printed on. Way too many other subways around to go back to this one. Read more
Received a coupon mailer for Subway and was excited to try out the new sandwiches they advertise. When we arrived, there was a... sign on the door said they don't accept coupons. Why mail out coupons if you don't take them? Or why be a Subway franchise ifyou don't participate in any promotions. Read more
Generally speaking, the food is consistent in all Subway locations. The service can vary. The food was perfectly fine here and... service was good. They accepted mailed coupons, which two other locations nearby didn?t accept, which was upsetting. Good forthis location to accept them! Read more
This was the cleanest Subway I have ever visited! There were 2 women working and they were super friendly and helpful. My sub... was over 1.00 cheaper than the subway I frequent and had more steak on it! This Subway receives 6 out of 5 stars! Way to go!That was good food and awesome service!! Read more
I had a pretty bad experience at this Subway location today (1:45 PM or so), I'll explain from the beginning. The first time... coming to this establishment was shortly after moving from Apex to Cary back in May, it's conveniently right up the road fromme. I met the owner in passing and he was awesome. I recently came back and they were out of the Subway Vinaigrette and askedto substitute for oil and vinegar, which is okay, I can understand if it's out of stock. I came back today and greeted the womanwith a white bandana and asked if they had it back in stock, they said no and I said "Okay, that's a deal breaker for me". Whilein conversation about how I preferred the Vinaigrette she then brought out an empty tea container, and asked me for help. I feltit was an odd request to ask a customer for help that's work related, but I obliged and helped her with whatever it was. Sheasks, "Where will you go now" and I reply, "Probably to Firehouse Sub which is a bit closer to me than Subway, but I wanted thisparticular sub over a sub at Firehouse." She goes into the back and oddly enough they did have it, they just hadn't stocked itwhich strikes me as either lazy or dishonest. Did they have it in stock the entire time and just didn't stock it like theynormally do? So she opens the vinaigrette and proceeds to quite literally dump it all over the sub since it was pouringstraight out of the bag and not out of the bottle they stock it in. I was like, "whoa, that's a bit too much, could you pleaseremove some of the vinaigrette, it's going to overpower it. Ignoring me, she replies by asking what's next, I don't think sheunderstand my request really, she then proceeds to add salt and pepper as well as oregano per request before adding thevinaigrette. At this point I'm a little upset, but decided to stay because I had good experiences with the ownerpreviously.
