Ordered two different 6 inch subs from new menu to try out and because I had a coupon to buy one get one free. Subs from the new... menu are better than in the past, but still not great. Worst part was that I was told at checkout that my coupon was not validon the "new" subs? I paid $14 for two mediocre 6 inch subs- from Subway! The foot long I ordered was delicious, one of the best I?ve ever had. I was very satisfied with the customer service, I can?t... seem to understand why this spot gets so many bad reviews. This store is great! The service was amazing and the food was exactly the way I wanted it to be! I?d highly recommend to go to... this location and buy your sandwiches. I ordered a foot long, a drink, and some chips and it was the best and quickest meal Igot. The person who served me was named Jon and he was extremely polite and hot. I?d recommend him as a meal. 1 Star to high for this business. Received coupons in the mail. Asked before ordering if they accept coupons (showing it to... them) and received a "yes" response. Coupon was "Get Free Footlong when you buy ANY Footlong". Small print on the couponindicated "Free Sub of lesser value". Placed the order and presented the coupon at checkout. Server then said he couldn't takethe coupon but he would discount the sandwiches. Bottom line I was given half price on higher of two sandwiches. I argued Ididn't receive the discount promised to no avail. Will not be returning to this Subway location again and esculating to HQ dueto employees disrespectful tone. Came in at 11 for a quick lunch. Ordered a sub Club, literally 1 layer of each meat so it's like eating a lettuce sandwich. Also... ordered cookies, that were in the display case, and once I went to eat one quickly realized they were stale and leftovers fromlast night. Sooo with that being said if there not throwing away last night's cookies what else aren't they cleaning. For thestale cookies I should report them to the health department. This place needs to be cleaned and staff trained on how things goand not to sell old stale cookies to customers. And why haven't any been baked when it's coming into lunch time?? Def won't beback to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone either. Read more
