The young employee at check out could use customer service training. The rest of the staff were very courteous & professional. ... The young cashier left part of the order & forgot to give to us; resulting in a second trip. No apology, but the older womanapologized & offered some extra cookies. Good customer service from her! Had nothing to eat for dinner so decided to drive over to SUBWAY. I had just received the monthly SUBWAY flyer with all... coupons. Figured I'd do a BOGO. First off, the gentleman who made my sandwiches looked like and acted like he didn't want tobe there. No personality...couldn't crack a smile. After ordering and I go to pay, I presented him with my coupon. He pointsover to the wall and says, "we don't accept coupons at this establishment.". What?? Since when?? I had to make the decision toeither walk out and leave the subs on the counter or bite my lip and pay for them! Ridiculous!! Why do you send out coupons inthe mail every month and then turn around and don't accept them?? From reading a lot of the other comments here and onFB.....this is a VERY common occurrence! This is a poorly run business and company who is going to lose customers with theytreat them. Read more

Worst Subway ever.. pls stay away.. Dint have an option to give less than 1 star.. They won?t accept any order after 7:45pm via... Subway app and the surprise part is we come to know this after reaching the store (after placing the order and seeing it inprogress). No intimation on this by any means. The store manger?s attitude was worst. Will never go there again. Not sure how hegot this franchise when every one is complaining about their attitude with least customer service. Read more

Second time we get here during open hours and they are closed. No message or anything. It's 10:15 Saturday and the hours clearly... say that they open at 10:00. My assumption is that they are understaffed but if there at least was a note that they won't beopen until something would've been great. First time, they just locked the doors because they couldn't handle the customers andhad to prepare more food. It's the first time I encounter that and it's sad because it's the closest Subway. Very bad service. try not to go this location. staff /sandwich artists are on phone and do not pay attention. Looks like they... are forced to come for work. I was told that they can not make more than 3 sandwiches in one order ( family of 5 can not eattogether) / it has to be catering order... ridiculous reason/ I ended up having two separate orders Owner of this franchiseslocation needs to pay attention to customer service. Worst Subway to buy sandwich from. Horrible service & poor taste.?? Being a vegetarian I requested the staff to change the hand... gloves and she started being rude as if we were inconveniencing her. make a purchase today about 3 40 pm. I bought two subways and I was with my daughter and I would decide to eat in the place. ... we sat at a table. An employee spoke to me from the counter and told me to eat outside. for her to come out because she wasgoing to do cleaning. you can't really eat there. I also add that previously he made fun of me for my bad pronunciation ofEnglish. and of the girl who was attending me because of her good Spanish. Service tonight (Feb 10) at this Subway store was well below the standard I have come to expect from other outlets. When I... arrived, the one other customer was being checked out at the cash register. Another employee was preparing bread to be cookedand he completely ignored me. The girl at the cash finished with her customer and then she went to work restocking the lettucebin. Neither employee acknowledged the fact that I was standing there waiting. I was about the leave when the fellow finishedpreparing 4 pans of bread and mumbled something in my direction. I complained that it was about time and he said he was busymaking bread! When I continued to express my displeasure, he invited me to leave if I wanted to, so I did. As I was leaving Iheard them both laughing. I realize it is difficult to find employees in the food service industry these days, but these 2 arenot just incompetent, they're causing harm to their employer's business. I won't be back to that store. Those employees needto be fired. Read more
