Horrible Service. After ordering in the store We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. After seeing multiple mobile orders be... completed before our order I was very upset when the barista told me their espresso is not working and would I like to ordersomething else..!! After you made 10* drinks before my order and I waited patiently? why would you wait 20 mins to tell me yourmachine is broken. Why do mobile orders have priority over orders that are placed in the store? This is ridiculous and ittotally ruined my afternoon with my family. And then the barista tried to give me a gift card! This store is the absolute slowest Starbucks I have had the unfortunate experience of visiting. The girls making the drinks... clearly do not know what they are doing. So glad I'm not local. Read more

Patio area seemed very busy yet inside was not busy until after we were leaving. customer service was great. They forgot the... caramel drizzle I asked for on my mocha latte. Other than that all was good before my flight. Loved the building. A littledifferent than your normal Starbucks location. Read more
