Sept. 19, 2022...employees are back in a mask requirement for all. I normally buy a coffee at 6AM . That's over $35 a week,... $140/mo or $1,680/yr. No going to deal with this stupidity. Goodbye. I wont be back. Read more
They always put as little actual coffee they can in your cup. Fill it with whipped cream when you ask for light whip and put a... ton of caramel. Its literally not even coffee. I go there bc its in walking distance of my job but I'm not about to keep payingfor cups of whipped cream and caramel. Read more
I love this location. Jason is the BEST. Always helps me start my day on the right foot with his dad jokes and overall bright... personality. Today was a tough day for them. Lots of people were without power and so everyone was at Starbucks trying to geteither wifi or coffee. They were slammed, but they all worked like a well oiled machine. Jesse was wonderful and was going aboveand beyond to satisfy grumpy customers. Other reviews stating they are dissatisfied with the lack of staff and items on handare correct, but this isn't any one persons fault. The current staff are doing the very best they can with what they've beendealt. I have yet to come across a rude staff member. There are shortages of EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE.
