Ordered the skinny avo Turkey, which says it comes with avocado (I mean it?s in the name) and cucumbers. Neither were in my... sandwich. When asked what additional toppings I wanted I said lettuce , tomato, onion, and pickles? no pickles were on thesandwich either. Edit: I was called by the store manger Stacy and the issue was corrected. I placed an order for pickup and called the shop to... let them know that bread for one of our sandwiches was burnt. I was told that they cannot mess it up like that and hung up thephone. My wife and I felt this was one of the worst ways of handling a customer complaint. I had great experience first fewtimes visiting the shop but incidents like these make you not visit the shop again. I really thought this was my go to sandwichshop! Read more
When I went to this restaurant, I was so pleased from the moment I walked in and to the moment I walked out. The workers were... super friendly and the sub was super delicious. This is the second time I?ve been to this location and was dissatisfied with the customer service of STACY black female with... tattoos(I?m black as well btw). STACY is super rude and acts as if the cookies i am buying are her own. The first time I came iordered two packs of the mini cookies and she didn?t make me aware of her not wanting to make more and replaced one entire bagwith a couple larger cookies what she thinks/feel is the equivalent amount. I had to come all the back in which STACY informedme after the fact with a very snappy malicious condescending tone. STACY has a real stink attitude that needs adjusting.Everyone besides her is cool but she pure mean. And this time she was rude to my mother and sister on Mother?s Day about cookiesand a milkshake. It?s unacceptable customer service we are not bothering you we just want to buy cookies. I?ve never had issueswith the location in Morrisville. Since I was coming from the theater I decided to give this location another try. And who did isee STACY? I thought last time STACY was having a bad day so I let it go.
