I'm not a big fan of cauliflower, but the cauliflower in Caesar was fantastic. I'd eat cauliflower more often if it was prepared... like this each time! I got take out and brought the pizzas across the street (cidery). I placed the order well ahead of time and the pizzas were... ready on time. They were delicious and easy to customize. We got 2 pizzas for two of us but we were really hungry or else wewould have had a few slices leftover. The place looks really cute inside, will have to dine in eventually. But they do close tojust doing take out fairly often, I?m guessing when they don?t have sufficient staff. A very underrated pizzeria! Their outside seating has been much improved since they?ve opened. It was cozy and comfortable. Food... was impeccable and service was great! We had Sydney who took special care of our table & suggested an excellent bottle ofLambrusco (so good, we had 2!). Our toddler loved the pizza as much as we did especially their bread (with the Burrata)-yum! Youcan tell everything was prepared with highest care and attention to detail. Absolutely the best pizza in RTP. Everything we ordered was amazing, including the pizza with dough and ricotta handle and... homemade gnocchi. Thin crust pizza with thicker edges cooked perfectly to get char on edges, like we asked. We'll never miss theNY pizza anymore. The service and atmosphere was great too. Read more

We love this place. The house bread with ricotta would be enough to keep us coming back. But every menu item is crafted with... care. We highly recommend the seasonal menu. Local ingredients make for a top notch culinary experience. The staff are alwayspleasant and helpful. Read more

This is by far one of the best pizzerias in the area. The Why Not pizza could have used a bit less cheese, but was still... delicious. The Pinot Noir paired perfectly with their delicious Margherita pizza. Service was very friendly. Read more

Found it to be pricy, but the pie was good! I got the 'Why Not' which the waitress mentioned is one of their most popular ones.... I did really enjoy it. I think they could use some type of happy hour pricing maybe? I'm not sure. I just felt like the pricewas a bit high on the pizza I got. The drink and pie , if it was the price of the pie only, but I got a drink so my total wasjust dang I guess. Read more
