Okay I get there was a tropical storm but your employees dont need to be rude when they tell customers you all are closed. The... open sign was on and there was absolutely nothing posted about being closed or the power being out on the door. Your employeewho was at the store that saturday for TS Ian was extremely condescending and rude to me when I asked if you were open because Isaw that the open sign was on. I politely went about my business but I was so shocked. I do not mind whatsoever being closedfor weather but you are in a customer service position that is unacceptable. Seriously do some training on customer servicebecause this was my first and only experience at this location and I literally never will come back now and I'll be tellingeveryone to go to the one up the street.
