I work in customer service and this has to be one of the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. First I placed an... order for delivery at 11:45 am and called back to check on my order at 12:50 pm. The employee who answered the phone told methat I had to wait even longer because the pizza was made and they were wanting on the driver. After this, I asked could theyremake my order because my food would be even colder than it already was and the employee called me "dude". First, we do notknow each other for you to address me as such name. Then when I asked for a manager, Tyler M. did not try to address thesituation and make it right. Wrong pizza delivered. Wait time over one hour. They weren't too busy. Mistakes happen. Accepted. When calling to have another... pizza delivered, employee hung up in frustration. Smart mouthed kid. No excuses for behavior. In their favor, I've used thislocation for years and never had a problem. Will the world ever be the same again? Read more
Update!!!! The driver was actually a door dash driver! Very unprofessional. I walked into the store this morning and spoke with... Sam, the manager. He seemed just as upset as I was. He explained about the shortage of drivers nationwide and how they areobligated to use services like DoorDash. They (Papa Johns) have no way of training the DoorDash drivers nor reprimandingthem. None the less. I feel this issue was resolved as best as it could be at the store level. I ordered from this locationwhile visiting my girlfriend. Not only did the driver not just leave the order outside of the wrong apartment door. He didn?teven call to verify that he had the correct apartment. He also checked the order as delivered. If it were not for me checkingmy email, I would not have been able to contact the driver to see what was going on.... Do better Papa Johns. Read more
Update Saturday January 18th, 2020 8:20pm. Received a call from Manager Ally. Very nice Lady had reviewed this post and was... very concerned. She confirmed the pizza we did get was indeed intended for another Customer. She apologized and made it right.GREAT Customer Service and follow up. THANKS Ally! Corrected stars from 2 to 5! Saturday January 18th, 2020 5:30pm. Walk inorder as the website had an issue (once entered my pizza information- then tried to add wings. Would not give me that optioncould not place order through website). Order pizza from very nice Lady with nose ring with diamonds in the ring. I ordered alarge thin crust with half veggies and half meats extra creese. Specifically all veggies with exception of no tomatoes and redpeppers. On the other half order pepperoni, beef, bacon and Canadian bacon. When I arrived with the pizza back home there washardly any pepperoni and no beef, the whole pizza has onions and olives all over it. I really believe we received the wrongpizza?!. Bad experience with the manager he did not respect their customers. I called to complain about my order and I got threatened for... not getting anymore food in the future and then he hangs up on me. I wonder if this is the way Papa John's select theiremployees, so their customers don't deserve it. Read more
