My second favorite place for order and delivery pizza.
We were told the order would be about 30 minutes. After over an hour it hadn't even been prepared. No mention of running late or... being under staffed. When the manager picked up the phone it was just pure attitude which I found unnecessary as I kept my tonedown. Delivery driver was helpful, apologetic and friendly despite none of the above being his fault. Would not recommend thisspecific store. Read more
Awful customer service at this papa johns. Every time you call to make an order, they just say that it wasn?t the right number I... pressed. ?Just press 3? and I did!! Like 5 different times. I ended up just going to dominoes. What?s the point of a pizza placethat you can?t even order, and obviously they don?t make good pizzas from the other reviews and previous experiences. We used to order from this location all the time and after 5 more attempts and terrible service, we are done. The management is... terrible and I will make sure the Papa John?s corporate office knows about it. Tonight?s debacle consisted of preordering at4:00 pm for a 6:00 pm delivery hoping that would help with their constant delivery problems. By 6:10 pm, we have no pizza. Icall and the pizza hasn?t even been made. The phone person tried to get the manager and he would not come talk to me because hewas ?too busy?. At that point, they said they would get it out as soon as possible but had no estimated delivery time and nodelivery driver. Don?t even bother ordering from this location. Would actually give negative stars if I could, we placed an order at 8:30 for one large 2 topping pizza and cheesy bread, the... original eta was about an hour, which is fine, they?re understaffed and busy, around 10:05 half of our order was delivered, onlythe cheese bread, they said they would go get the pizza and return but at now 10:50 they have called to say we will not bereceiving our pizza at all, so over 2 hours and 30 minutes of patiently waiting we now have no dinner and with the pandemicnothing else is even open at all. Horrible experience and the staff did little to nothing to try and apologize or make up forit. Delivery driver was great he deserves a raise and some help. Read more

Terrible. Placed an order at 5:30 and ETA said 55 mins. Well, it's now almost 7:30...2 hours later! My kids are starving and... the pizza is still showing as "being prepared". And they won't even answer the phones. Ridiculous. Had I known it would takethis long, i would've ordered from a different place. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be held captive andstarving. Read more
