Such a nice place. Glad Cary put a Panera Bread there. Close to hospital and surrounding stores. Employees were really nice... and polite. Atmosphere was very pleasant. They use to have my favorite salad. Southwest Chile lime Rojo chicken salad. They got rid of it about early spring. Still, tried... their new sensational spicy chicken sandwhich and it was gross. Overpriced for a sandwich $12. The sandwhich was not spicy andlacked taste. Customer service seems to be unprofessional and just not friendly. I will not be back to a Panerai until theybring back the salad. Read more
This place has just become ridiculously expensive. Doesn?t help when they say they don?t have blueberries for the salad, and... they say I can have extra strawberries, then charge me .99 for it? Also got charged for a large coffee not a small. I didn?tspecify but never assume, always ask. Finally, salad didn?t come with dressing. Went up to ask for some, and the guy looks atme like I?m insane. Gets me a ramekin and it?s about one ounce. I just laughed and walked away that this point. $18 for badservice, salad and coffee. The nicest gentleman was working the cash register today. I had a balance on a gift card, but didn't realize they don't take... Discover credit cards. Of course the amount was a little more than the balance and I had only change for cash. He paid theremainder. Didn't catch his name, but thank you morning of June 23rd clerk. Read more
This place was close to the hospital so I could order and get pick up my food quickly. The times on Google were incorrect I am... changing them now and posted the times from the door. The door pulls when you walk in we?re gross and I don?t think the lemonadeand green tea are emptied at night because they were in the containers and very cold when I got there at open. Poor quality control. Tonight was the third time that this Panera failed to make my order correctly. I order through the app and... clearly said extra turkey on the turkey avocado blt. What I got was no turkey at all. The ticket on the bag said extra turkeyand the sandwich contained absolutely no meat. The check boxes on the slip that are supposed to be marked by the quality checkerare always blank. YOU NEED TO CHECK EVERY SANDWICH BECAUSE THEY WON?T. Read more
I have truly tried to give this location some grace as it is ?newish?, but our experience here has been bad. Our last 4 orders... have been missing items every time and even had the wrong dressings on an order which tasted so bad that it wasn?t edible. Thislast time I finally called to complain and let them know this was our fourth bad experience in the last month or so only to bemet with a ?We can refund the missing item tomorrow or you can come get it.? Tomorrow? Not now? Because they were closing in ahalf hour perhaps? Who knows? In any case, I am done giving them my business for now. Just really disappointing. Read more
