They had very few staff members. 2 wait staff and 1 hostess (who sat on his phone the whole time). The hostess seemed to sit... everyone with one waitress while the other waiter had only 1 or 2 tables with people. The only help she got was the male waitergot our drink order. The table was sticky. The rolls where fresh. We ordered chips with queso as an appetizer (only came afterwe asked and about 3 minutes before our food arrived), filet minon medium well (came medium) mac n cheese(dry) and potato soup(luke warm and very onion flavored), filet minon medium (came medium rare) fries ( not crispy) potato soup ( very onion flavoredand luke warm), cedar planked salmon (cooked and seasoned perfect) smashed potatoes (looked like someone threw them up)asparagus (limp looked like week old asparagus you forgot in the refrigerator drawer). Service was slow but she had too manytables and no help while other staff members stood around with little to no customers. The bill was 81.00 with tip 104.00. Thiswas not a 104.00 dinner at all. Both steaks where under cooked but my family said they tasted good despite how they where cookedand the salmon was great but everything else was horrible. As for atmosphere you could tell the waitress was stressed the twoother people laughing joking around. Tvs not on. Bathroom toilets had blue cleaning spray all over toilets but not wiped uplooked like someone sprayed them down and walked out. ???? Read more

All of the food came out fast hot and incredibly tasty. Everything I felt was priced reasonably for the portions you get. All of... the staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating, especially our server Riley who gave their utmost attention to me and mygirlfriend when anything was needed and regularly checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory. Sky was amazing! He clearly stated they were understaffed but would do his job to take care of us. That he did. From greeting... us, sitting us at the table, Waiter, working hard in the kitchen and the bar. Sky was doing it all. The food was delicious. Youwould not have known that he didn?t have much help! The restuarant had some staffing issues during the pandemic, but they've now come full circle, and have even better customer... service since hiring Eli. We had a small side that didn't end up in my to go order - I called it in, and Eli offered to driveit to our house! When I said that wasn't necessary, not only did he refund the money for the side, but he gave us a hugediscount off our next order. Then, when I had to wait the next time I was there, he gave us another discount. Management madea really good move with hiring him...O'Charley's is back on our regular restaurant rotation! Read more

Had to wait over an hour and half for food. Service was slow but she was friendly. We were told when we sat down that it would... be a few minutes before she could get to us but it was a while (I hadn?t started timing at that point). There were two serversand only 8 tables when we got there in the dining room. Salads were not brought out ahead of meal. My medium steak was well doneand after waiting an hour and half I didn?t even want it. The Mac and cheese was dry and they put sour cream on my son?s bakedpotato after he requested no sour cream when ordering. I was disappointed because we don?t have an O?Charley?s where I live andI like their food but it was an all around bad experience. I have no idea where the hang up was but I?ve been a server so I?massuming the kitchen. It did seem like they were bringing out a lot of to go orders, which makes me mad that they didn?t takecare of the customers that actually come inside. After the steak incident the server did have the manager speak to us but justapologized and sounded like he was blaming the server. He did take my meal off, discount the check 10% and give us a $10 couponthat I gave to my dad to use in Ohio since we don?t have one in Texas where I live but still spent over $80 for 3 meals, 2 beersand 2 $5 margaritas. By far the best customer service we?ve ever had. We had just come from a long road trip and the staff made us feel right at... home. The food came quickly, the place was spotless, everything tasted great, and there was no shortage of great conversationwith the manager, Sky, who took great pride in making our little rest stop a fantastic experience.
