I love both the rolled ice cream and tea here! A little on the pricey side, though. Nevertheless, I have been multiple times,... and it is always delicious. I always get the Yuzu tea with mango star jelly, and it?s a lovely and refreshing combo! As far asthe ice creams, I?ve tried many, including the Mango Madness, Unicorn Poop, and Cookie Monster, which are pictured, along withsome others like the seasonal pumpkin pie one. They have all been great, and it?s also a nice touch to be able to watch the icecreams being made! The service has also been fairly efficient every time except for once, which happened around a week ago. Isaw another review talking about the exact same problem I had on this occasion?extremely long wait time for the rolled icecream. It was clear that the person making the ice cream was a trainee, so it took ~10-15 minutes for one ice cream to be made(keep in mind they usually are much quicker!). There was a long backup for my order?the tea was quick, only a few minutes afterI ordered, but I had to wait an extra 25-30 minutes for the ice cream. Someone else was finishing up the ice cream as well, andI think that it might have been more efficient to let that person jump in to make an order or two to keep customers fromwaiting, but still letting the trainee make some?just not at the cost of the many customers in line. Either way, this has onlyhappened once, and service has been wonderful other than that. I understand mistakes, and I just hope they learn how to keep theefficiency when there is a trainee in the future! Loved the ambiance and the ice-cream options. Tried the Just Matcha and Bang Bang Rolled Ice cream and it was a blast. Fresh... milk with a great presentation made it worth the trip. The ambiance is pleasant combined with the friendliness of the staffmakes it a great place to visit. Read more
My family loves the drinks, when we get them. I on the other hand have seen the bags fail 8 times, because they are defective.... This is compounded by the harder plastic they use in the cups, that shatter on impact. I?ve seen them stack 5 drinks in one bag,and that fail right in front of them. I?ve had the same happen getting them out of the car, or carrying them to the house. Theyhave recently stopped putting more than 2 cups in the bags because of this, and claim to have different bags on order. Latestone was carry drinks through my garage where one failed and the drink ended up leaking into my basement. I?ve had enough ofthis! Hence the review. Read more
I came here twice with friends who love boba tea. Both times I was here I got their rolled ice cream because I do not like boba... tea. And honestly their ice cream is not good. Nothing to rave about. I mean the rolled ice cream is $7!!! Sure, rolled icecream is cool to watch but tastes like ice milk, NOT creamy at all. Each time I visited I was hoping that over $7 per cup thatthis was at least going to be awesome ice cream, that would have made it worth it. But NOPE! Both flavors were VERYdisappointing. Did not even finish them...never again. However, it appears the most popular thing is the milk tea, which peoplelove it seems. For me I will not be back and will go to a real ice creamery place if I want ice ?cream?. Read more
Rolled Ice cream is amazing, strongly recommend it. Boba tea is a little bit sweet but still taste pretty good. We went there at... 9 pm but they are still kind of busy. Waited in line for about 15 minutes. Read more
HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE!!!! A FOOD ESTABLISHMENT THAT DELIVERS AN ORDER THAT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE MENU PICTURES!!! This is... a good quality, premium ice cream in the Asian-Scrolled Ice Cream fashion. This is a very flavorful and pleasant treat with alot of options available. They have many pre-designed ice cream treats, but also allow unlimited customization. We particularlylike the ice cream consistency as it does not leave a cloying film on the tongue, showing that they are using a lighter fatcontent ice cream base. It leaves the tongue feeling fresh and clean for the next bite. They also carry a number of drinkoptions, though that is not my particular preference. The quantity of ice cream received is acceptable, though not gargantuan.It is in line with other similarly styled premium ice cream chains. -- Highly recommend and look to returning for other flavoroptions, and possibly try a drink or two. A unique eatablishment with rolled ice cream and various fruit/milk teas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are... a little high, but it?s a nice treat. My wife exploded a Dr Pepper all over the place and they were so kind about the giant messthat was made. Read more
