Fairly quick and efficient, considering the amount of people in line. I was concerned with using a kiosk instead of waiting in... lin for a real person. It was The first time I used the kiosk indoors. It asks for a login and I was without an app on my phone.I then realized you can do it without the phone. It was too crowded for me to stay so I ended up taking it to go. I did learnthat I no longer need that time consuming app just to find a good deal and check out. This is the WORST McDonald's in Cary! The staff moves at a snails pace,and I've had wrong orders 3 times in the past week. You... can see the fustration on the customer's eyes; as soon as you walk in the dining room. There was a spilled sundae on thefloor,and management made zero efforts to pick it up. Do yourself a favor if your in Cary...go to the McDonald's in Morisville. Your experience will be much better. Read more
I ordered a large mango pineapple smoothie. The young man at the drive through said "that's a large, that's what they look like.... Nothing can be done about it." I will never come back here. There are plenty of other McDonald's to choose from. Read more

This place is nasty inside and the older lady at the counter is rude. Not a clean table in the place and there was only about 6... customers and a couple cars in the drive thru. We used the kiosk to order since nobody was at the counter, put our table tentnumber in and still had the rude lady yelling our order number did us to go up and get it. The food was also WELL done. We will never to go this location ever again. We have had an issue almost every time we go here. Today I went and ordered 2... combos in the drive-thru. I was given a completely wrong order, given 1 of the 2 correct drinks, and was asked to pull forward.Two to three min later he came out with just the sandwich and nuggets. I told him I ordered combos and was missing 2 fries and 1drink. He apologized, left, and came back with 1 fries and 1 drink. I told him again I was missing 1 fries and the dippingsauce. He apologized again, left, and came back with the rest of my order. The last time I went to this location I was asked topull forward and had to wait 10 minutes for my food. I was never given a reason nor my receipt. My gf made an order for deliveryrecently from this location and received a completely wrong order. I came here on 1/14/21 at lunch time. I ordered on the app. I normally pick up inside but today I decided to do curbside. When... ordering, it said it usually takes 5 mins before your food comes out, no biggie as I wasn?t in a rush. I ordered at 1:20 anddidnt get food until 1:29. I normally go inside to prevent from having to wait for someone to bring it out and this is why. Iordered two bunless burgers (keto). The appearance was nice and the order was correct. The burgers were placed on top of eachother like they are supposed to (This is not the case at other locations as it?s usually message and sometimes forgettingcheese). It?s McDonald?s, so burgers were fine. I had my own keto bread. (ALDI has some if you?re wondering and it?s 0 carbs). Iwent inside to get a couple backs of ketchup (only 1 carb per pack according to website). Staff were friendly and wearing masks.Due to covid, beverage area was closed. Store was clean. Read more
