Fairly quick and efficient, considering the amount of people in line. I was concerned with using a kiosk instead of waiting in... lin for a real person. It was The first time I used the kiosk indoors. It asks for a login and I was without an app on my phone.I then realized you can do it without the phone. It was too crowded for me to stay so I ended up taking it to go. I did learnthat I no longer need that time consuming app just to find a good deal and check out. This is the WORST McDonald's in Cary! The staff moves at a snails pace,and I've had wrong orders 3 times in the past week. You... can see the fustration on the customer's eyes; as soon as you walk in the dining room. There was a spilled sundae on thefloor,and management made zero efforts to pick it up. I ordered a large mango pineapple smoothie. The young man at the drive through said "that's a large, that's what they look like.... Nothing can be done about it." I will never come back here. There are plenty of other McDonald's to choose from. Read more
