Not a good experience. I don?t know about food but they were very unprofessional. I called them at 9:30, if we can come dine in... at 9:45. They said yes and when we went there, the waitress seemed so confused and I told the front desk guy confirmed we cancome and have food. Then after a little here and there, we were allowed to sit and then the waitress reluctantly gave us themenu. As we were about to order she came and said we were out of beans and rice now and only thing we have is meat. I was sodisappointed by there attitude and it simply felt they really didn?t want to serve us. I understand we were almost there at theclosing time, that?s why I confirmed them by calling prior to reaching there. They should have said No at the very first. Reallya bad experience. Read more
UPDATE: LIVE ROACH in our salad. We ordered takeout on June 6, 2020. Got home and our take out salad had a live roach running... around in it. Made us drive all the way back to return all the food before they would credit our money back. The managerbarely apologized, mumbled sorry, only after looking totally sceptical that the roach would be in the salad. The review used tobe 5 stars, I can't do 0 stars so I guess 1 star it is. We will NEVER eat at any of the Los Tres Magueyes locations again.Poor customer service and roaches, not a good combo. Previous posted review: Our "go to" Mexican place.
