This location use to be so good and I loved it because it was right by my house. Now they are just freaky "ok" and freaky... "slow". Made a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving. Arrived and waited another 10-15 mins for my pretty basic order with 3sandwiches. Not sure what changed but I guess I'll just go a couple more miles to the Davis Dr. location from now on. Read more

Time it takes to deliver 5 minutes away seems to be consistent. I wasn?t prepared for the 40 min wait since I haven?t lived here... in a while. I remember the motto being ?freaky fast.? When I called to check on the order, he did not seem to like that I wascalling and asking. Even got a nice smug response before hanging up. Whoever was on phone duty this afternoon definitely comesacross as someone not happy to be working there. And has no issues being rude. The food was still good so I won?t take thataway. Far from Freaky Fast. It took an hour to get 2 subs. Unacceptable when you advertise how fast your delivery is. Last time I?m... tipping through the app. Tips will be cash for a Freaky Fast delivery and nothing when it?s this incredibly slow.
