Service was super fast, we were in and out within 20-30 minutes. The food was okay, and the prices were reasonable. I think I... prefer Sassool for Mediterranean food, but for what you get at Jasmin in terms of speed, it works. Came in late because I worklate and the employees were still courteous. Wow the best Mediterranean food I have had. Was passing through the area and decided to check them out. Wished I lived close!... The staff were all great. For someone who has a pretty solid taste palate for mediterranean and Middle Eastern food, this restaurant unfortunately missed... its mark. It was lacking the authentic or depth of flavor that I was hoping for. Falafel was a bit undercooked, tahini saladtasted a day old and not fresh - and the portion size on the protein was on the small size and could use improvement. I used to enjoy the food here but the quality of the food as well as the customer service has just tanked. I finally decided to... stop coming after placing a to go order online so that I wouldn?t have to wait (not during a rush hour as well). I showed up andmy order wasn?t ready, there was no line and the three employees working there just looked at each other and didn?t say anythingto me. They finally got around to making my order, still no apology or explanation. I shouldn?t have left a tip and I?mdefinitely not coming back if this is how they treat people when it?s not busy. I used to go to this place in Cary all the time, it used to be one my husbands and I favorite spots, but it is changing there. I... am not sure what?s going on. For example one of the things I always did with my veggie platter was get each item on a smallseparate plate. Rather than a big plate with all the food touching. It really bothers me when my food touches, and they used toalways allow you to put your sides on separate small plates instead of one big plate. Last time I went I asked for the usualfood and way I get it and they told me if I wanted it on separate plates I would have to pay for each item as a separate side. Ican?t do it as a veggie platter. Hmm sounds to me like a way just to make extra money and rip off a customer. Used to go to Jasmine a lot. But things seem changed a lot. They should hire someone who knows how to take order and difference... between ?for here? and ?to go?. Mixed our order, no apologies and now we are dining in with the to go boxes. Worst experienceever and will never come back to any Jasmine again. Read more
