Wow! This place use to rock. Today I ordered the classic burger. It was thin and dry. No flavor. All I could taste was the... lettuce and tomato.The service was good. No reflection on my waiter. I really wish I could give less than one star. This was by far the worst breakfast food I?ve ever had!!! My omelette was... undercooked, leaving a gritty texture in the middle accompanied by a rather funny taste. Meanwhile my pancakes were veryovercooked, resulting in a dry and unsavory bread patty that couldn?t even be salvaged with extra syrup. Restaurant definitelyneeds to look into their kitchen staff and procedures as this is my second time out of two visits where my food wasunsatisfactory, although this time was a MUCH worse experience. Bad service trying to be nice! TLDR: Sad service that doesn?t know and management nit picks. I could tell the people were... trying to be nice but felt like no one knew what they were doing. Everyone seemed super depressed. Lots was wrong from the doorto the seat. We would tell the owner or manager was stiff on everything. We had to switch the pancake to my wife?s ?order? justso they would honor the dollar off b/c if I order it and it was 3.99 not 2.99. They wouldn?t even ask their manager if theywould honor the kids discount a few hours early and it goes on and on. Had to call 4 times before someone picked up. Asked ifthey have kids discount and was told twice yes and guess what there wasn?t. Read more
