This is my go to restaurant for chinse food. Can't go wrong with the lo mein, dumplings, egg rolls or general tso chicken
On Saturday 10/08/2022, I called in an order for Curry Chicken and a small Hot and Sour Soup. I picked it up and happily drove... back to enjoy my meal. My shock when i found nothing but onions, a few green peas and maybe 10% chicken. I was livid but itwasn't worth making the nearly 30 min drive in traffic. So i quietly enjoyed my soup and onions. I see that the negative reviews have been all about the service. So I went in expecting bad service. I went for the food. The... food was very good in fact a little spicier than I expected. That was good. We got the Szechaun Shrimp and Singapore MeiFun. The food was the star and the service was transactional. It was fine. Nothing stellar about making an order and receivingthe order. I have supported this family owned business for years. Due to the fact that their food was good, I overlooked the consistent... rudeness from the dad who cooks, but sometimes answers the phone. He will often speak to you as if you?re getting on his nerves.I would call in hopes that his son would answer the phone bc he?s friendly. What has made me rate them a 1 star is bc they willmess up your order, admit they are wrong- but REFUSE to remake it correctly or give a refund! The dad which is the ?manager? islacking customer service skills in a major way!! I told him he needed to understand that customers order and pay withexpectations that their order will be made correctly! I understand everyone makes mistakes, but expect them to be fixed! Herefuses to comply with that simple service and I?ve spent too much money supporting them for him to continuously mess up myorder that I?ve been ordering the same for years! It was not the worst I'veever had but definitely not the best, I will never order from there again. The crab Rangoon had a... bitter chemically taste to it. No one liked them, and they are normally a family favorite. And they were very stingy with thesweet and sour sauce. There was definitely not enough for the food. The absolute worst take out food I've had possibly ever. I love General Tso's chicken and this was unedible. Half of it was just... fried breading and enough salt to kill a herd of elephants. I would normally call and speak to the manager, but the man therebarely would speak when I was ordering. Didn't give me a number or a time to pick the order up. $30 dollars in the trash.. I went here numerous times when I lived in the area. I moved to Raleigh and work in Cary, so I can again eat here. I ordered... Sesame Chicken and fried rice almost $17. The Chicken was over cooked, salty, and was nothing but breading. Horrible Read more
