Standard five guys experience. Great experience for my arteries :)
We used to regularly order large fries for takeout from here because my daughter has allergies and we know these are safe and... delicious. But the service has been very irregular the last couple of months. Once they gave us a sealed bag even though thefries are not supposed to be made until you arrive to pick them up and it was a small fries in the bag instead of the large. But much more commonly they are giving significantly less fries than they used to with the large fry order. I know inflation iskilling everyone but it just isn't worth the huge price for the amount of fries they give now. Read more

A more expensive burger place than you?d expect it to be for how greasy and sloppy the burgers are. The fries are only good if... you eat them IMMEDIATELY otherwise they are a greasy soggy flavorless mess. Read more
We are frequent customers. Today I?m removing a star to my score due to a very negative experience we had. We ordered the usual... (two burgers, fries and drinks). This time we got a smaller size fries, which is not that important really compared to what wefound at the bottom of the tea cup. I was probably more than half way through my tea when I noticed something in the bottom ofthe cup. We emptied the cup some more to have a better look and it was really disgusting. I don?t even know what it was but itwas definitely an animal. We told the manager who wasn?t very surprised and offered a bottled drink instead. I know buildingtrust takes a while and just one single experience may bring it down. We?ll continue to buy from 5 guys, maybe now just from adifferent location. Read more
We had such a great experience here! We are visiting here from Indiana and brought our adult children and granddaughter here... for their first visit. They are new to the area and our daughter-in-law has never been to a Five Guys. When we told this to ourcashier he was SUPER at telling her/us about the menu and even threw in a small cajun fry to try! We are going back today fortakeout because our experience was so good! What's not to love, the food is awesome and the employees are friendly and courteous. The fries are delicious, a nice balance... between crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and of course fresh! The burgers are juicy and mouth watering. The optionsfor sides are amazing, especially since they are all included, mix and match at it's finest. The portions are ridiculous, in agood way, it's a challenge just to finish off the small fry, but, somehow I've always been able to do it! Read more
Disappointed with the way this sandwich looks and tastes. I feel like I got this bottom of barrel bacon. I knew I was taking a... chance going in 40 min before they close but she could have said they don?t have any bacon cooked and I would?ve waited forbacon to be cooked. Read more
