For some reason Dunkin is always so hit or miss in NC, with the exception being this location. I?ve been going out of my way to... frequent this Dunkin lately because the coffee is ALWAYS great and made correctly. First time visiting since they opened. While they may have a few kinks to work out, my experience was at this location was good.... I ordered the new (to me) biscuit and egg sammich. The biscuit was too dense for me (unlike the previous version from yearsback). I consider this a corporate issue, not local. Anyway, this location has the updated look and coffee on tap!! Slow service, person at the front doesn't know the menu. People were there waiting 15+ mins for their drink, so I just got... donuts for my kids and didn't get my drink. Second time at this location. Every other dunkin I go to Will make my frozen coffee with almond milk. They told me they could not be because of allergens!... This is ridiculous! I have gone to over hundreds of dunkin with no problem. Will not be returning. Read more
Friendly service, but a number of rough spots in my experience. This shop was out of many items even though I ordered ahead on... the app. I was informed once i pulled up to the window of the out of stock items, not when I arrived and notified them of mymobile order. Seems like that could have been prevented in a number of ways. Drivethru was unreasonably slow and my order wasnot ready when I finally reached the window. Also the donuts did not seem fresh so I?m not sure I?ll be coming back. Wish myexperience and the donuts were better. Read more

Was so excited when they opened, I was here at 5am for the grand opening & won free coffee for a year! It was the best thing... ever! Sadly employees have always been a little rude and when my coupon book got ruined from a spilt drink employees refused tooffer any other coupons or solutions. Read more
