For some reason Dunkin is always so hit or miss in NC, with the exception being this location. I?ve been going out of my way to... frequent this Dunkin lately because the coffee is ALWAYS great and made correctly. First time visiting since they opened. While they may have a few kinks to work out, my experience was at this location was good.... I ordered the new (to me) biscuit and egg sammich. The biscuit was too dense for me (unlike the previous version from yearsback). I consider this a corporate issue, not local. Anyway, this location has the updated look and coffee on tap!! Slow service, person at the front doesn't know the menu. People were there waiting 15+ mins for their drink, so I just got... donuts for my kids and didn't get my drink. Second time at this location.
