I ordered a double cheeseburger and this is what they gave me. Half the amount of meat as a year ago and no cheese. Their sizes... for other menu items like the quesadilla have shrunk, and sometimes meat isn't cooked enough. All while my normal orderincreased by almost $2. Update: EVERY SINGLE TIME!! You drive up, place your order, get your order, drive off and find that it's Not your order!! Or you... see that your order is completely messed up! We stopped ordering anything with bread from there.. so, sides and milkshakes and still. I dont know why I keep going there. Maybe this was our last time. The orders are consistently messed up and missingthings, we are always charged differently and over charged for the same orders as previously made, the staff is rude and theyrush you, so you know they aren't listening. You're not allowed to ask about why the pricing is consistently different . Ifyou return a messed up order, you're questioned over and over and instead of making it right, they take your food and you haveto watch your food fingered and touched over and over till they hand you back the food having not fixed the order,but insteadcontaminated. Also, as of late, I think they've been using bread past it's time. Stale bread, steamed tastes horrible and mushy. Read more
OK. I love your hot dogs, and your fries are usually hot, but this time they were just warm and a bit soggy. No napkins were... packed in the bag, and I had to ask for a straw and a salt. The hot dog was still good. I enjoy cookout. Read more
I ordered a cheeseburger with cheese and bacon (with some other things too) in addition to a bacon wrap with fries. I received a... chicken sandwich with no cheese or bacon, a chicken quesadilla instead of a bacon wrap, and very very few fries. They taste finebut it was not at all what I wanted. :( Read more
Cookout is my go to fast food restaurant. They have so many items to choose from. You can get single items or trays. Trays come... with a main dish, two sides , and a milkshake or other beverage choice. Their Cajun fries are the best! Check out Cookout andenjoy all the tasty foods! Read more
It?s really hard to beat the value at Cookout, especially when you consider the quality of the food. I really like the burgers,... and the choice of sides is unique, like the cheeseburger quesadilla, and white cheddar bites. It isn?t the healthiest option intown, but it?s almost always tasty, and very reasonable prices. Docked one star because lately I have to check my order at thewindow after getting home two trips in a row to find my order was missing something. I run a business as well so I understandhow hard it is to find and keep good employees right now, so I try to be more understanding of errors. Read more
I normally love the Cajun chicken sandwich, I've gotten it for years. But the size of the piece of chicken is getting smaller... and smaller. Also, the taste hasn't been consistent?
