Drive through was a free flowing experience. My order was exactly correct and the service was on point. My only concerns was the... size of my kale salad. When did it become so small. It blew my mind. When I return, I'll just order 3 of the kale salad to makea whole adult size salad. Read more

I won't go back after discovering how this entire company uses "Christian" hate to justify donating money to organizations that... support their homophobia. I never thought the Chick-fil-A would be the restaurant to ruin my morning. This morning I was asked to pull up and wait for... coffee. Yeah, you read that right, Coffee. I waited for five minutes until I had to go inside and ask for a refund because I wasrunning late to work. It?s the morning rush, how do you run out of coffee? There?s 1 million people working standing on top ofeach other and the coffee machine runs dry? Please do better! I?ll try another fast food restaurant moving forward. Stop to pick up meals and ice cream for the grand kids and I. Customer service was good. Only mess up was they said their ice... cream machine was broken. My grand kids wanted that more than anything. They calm down after they start eating their Mac andcheese which they love. My first time eating at this location. I live in Charlotte NC. I?d love for Chick-fil-A to stop with the outdoor drive-thru workers. At this location they have two separate lanes that have... their respective worker.
