Service is consistent but not as friendly as they used to be but they just went through a rough remodel so hoping the... friendliness aspect changes. The food is always good! I was in the drive-through at this location today picking up an order, and I witnessed one of the staff members who seem to be... in a manager position speaking in an un-ignorable disrespectful manner to a younger guy working outside in the line. Yelling ?nono no no no no no no? and other belittling remarks as he was trying to tend to customers making it very uncomfortable andunsettling to watch. (Worth noting or I wouldn?t have felt so inclined to say something) This is an extremely bad look on thislocation, and poorly represents the rest of the company being that it?s allowed for employees to speak to each other in such adisrespectful manner. It genuinely does not matter what position you may think you?re in at a company, you are still required tospeak with your employees with basic human decency. The kid is already outside working with a high volumes of customers duringthe mid-day crowd. Yelling and belittling in unnecessary and doesn?t further your point even and especially when teaching. Ihope this lady gets a grip. And that nice kid gets a raise. I will not be returning to this location. Read more
