Classical place of chicken sales. The staff is very kind and always helpful. They always tell me to have a good day and enjoy my... chicken. Food is consistently good. Drinks have good ice. I would definitely get spicy sandwiches! Read more
I stop at different Chick-Fil-A?s throughout Wake and Durham county and have to say this is the BEST of the all the stores I?ve... visited! Used the drive thru service in this location for the first time. As you'd expect from a Chick-fil-A, the drive thru waiters were... prompt and polite, and the order was placed accurately. The food tasted good as usual. Read more
Not only did they have other employees standing outside in the rain for no reason, they had the nerve to short my large fry.... Large fry not medium. Get your employees the right gear if your going to leave them out there in the pouring rain while you'rewarm and laughing on the inside. Round two and still disappointed. 5/25 again same thing. Consistently disappointed with the portion control here. The fries are consistently filled only 2/3rds the way up the container... and had sandwiches that were very small. Was so suspect I even weighed one and it was only 2 and a quarter ounces, not includingthe bun. Yesterday evening I actually counted out the fries as well and there were 2 entire fries, 4 quarter fries and maybe ahalf a dozen little scraggly pieces, which didn't even make it up to halfway in the container. Staff is always friendly andcleanly, but a great deal of improvement needs to be made back in the kitchen! Read more
I have had more negative experiences at this location than positive. I live close and come here very often as it is convenient... for my busy schedule. Not one time that i?ve come has Patty who usually works at the window been nice to me. She never greetsme, talks over me, and has not given me a positive customer service experience one time. She is not understanding or patient.She rolls her eyes and shows clear annoyance at anything you ask her for. I have not had any problems with other people whowork at this location! As a young black women her actions make me not want to eat at this location. I understand that somepeople have hard days but this had been a consistent experience for me.
