This is a Mediterranean eatery at its finest. The food is fresh and flavorful. It?s quick street-style food, and honestly I... prefer that to a sit down restaurant. I discovered this place on a work trip to Raleigh 6 months ago, as I am from Columbus, OH.This is one of my favorite places to eat, period. The employees really care and have a good vibe. I love Cava - one of my favorite restaurants in the world; however, this location always lets me down. They were out out saffron... rice, pita crisps, chicken, and most drinks, (pictured below). The trash and recycling were overflowing, and overall was not aclean store on top of having a short staff that acted like it was their chore to assist us customers. Read more
First time eating at CAVA. It was actually very good. Mediterranean is not my first choice of eatery when we go out but I can... say this was a great choice today. I got the build a bowl and it was delicious!!! If you have a CAVA near you please try it.It's worth a try. Read more

Jackpot! I think I found my favorite here. This is my first time visiting this place. I was going back from my sister's house... around 8-9pm. Didn't know what to order. I told the man that I'm new to this place. He kindly guide me what to order, how manyand what I wanted. He also gave me a side to try out a Caesar Tahini. Didn't know what it was, until I tasted it. It was good.Got two different tahini sides in the end. If it wasn't for him, I would be lost and left this place. I like how they servejust like Chipotle but with mediterranean food. I wanted to try out the roasted white sweet potato but they ran out today.Instead, I had some spicy lamb meatballs. It was good. Good kick, all those veggies you can pick as a topping, so good! That's athumps up. I could bring my family to eat here or take out to have this all day. Unfortunately, I won't be here until June. Havea surgery coming up. I ordered a build your own. Was not able to enjoy my bowl as the lentils were not properly cooked (they were crunchy). They were... out if Baby Spinach and they didn't have any of the juices available (I prefer not to drink soda). Read more
I like the food, so I keep coming back unfortunately. There's always significant variability in the amount of food you get.... However the last 2 times were particularly bad where you could see the bottom of the bowl because there was so little food.
