Great place, great ppl & great service. Thank you. Also the steak & chicken cheese sandwiches were out of this world.

I placed an online order with doordash for what I had hoped to be my new sandwich place over Jersey Mike's. The dasher delivered... it in a timely manner and perfectly packaged but what I opened was beyond disappointing...the point of mayo on a sandwich is forit to be on the inside and not all over the outside. The photo of the Italian vs what I received was not what I hoped. Employeesare a reflection of management and if this is how they're preparing sandwiches, I'd reevaluate it further. The lettuce was inchunks, the bread was stale and the, literally,three pieces of meat was left outside one of the cut portions of the sandwich.There was no sign of oil and vinegar in the sandwich itself but definitely all over the paper. My son's homemade kids turkeysandwich was a bunch of over shredded meat. Even if it's a delivery, please do better. Read more

I've had lots of experiences here - some good, some....other. But today, when I really needed them, they were there for me, and... I don't mean the food. When I got to capriotti's, there was a lady trying to back her SUV into the first parking spot. She wasfar enough in, so I turned into the parking lane to park further down. Apparently she was doing an awful job parking, so shedecided to pull forward and try again. Only problem is that I had just pulled in. Luckily she saw me before she hit me, butshe honked at me for being there, then proceeded to get out of her SUV and yell at me. I proceeded to my intended parking spotwhen I saw her take a picture of my license plate, and then go inside Capriotti's. As a brown man, I know no good can come fromgetting into a public confrontation with a white woman, so I decided to wait outside until she left. Unfortunately, it didn'tlook like she would be leaving anytime soon, so I called and asked if they'd be willing to bring it to me curbside. They saidyes, so I went and got my car, and they brought my order out to me. In a time where most people think the pandemic is over, andmost businesses stopped curbside pickup, they still do it, and I for one appreciated it today. Read more

If I could give it less than a 1 rating I would. The Cary location is horrible!!!. From the moment the staff answered the call... and took the order it was like pulling teeth. Repeated it over and she wrote what she wanted. Ok placed an order for anotheritem. Hmm. Ok so we are like hungry hungry now get it home 9 pm and unwrap it. The chicken cheesesteak was dry, I searched andlooked for the cheese, the meat and the onions and mushrooms still looking for them. Sandwich was dry and bread to meat ratiomore bread than meat and fixings. The chicken was over cooked to the point where it was hard and dry. The beef cheesesteak dryno seasoning and again the ratio completely off. I called explained the issue and that i will return my order fora refund thenext morning. But here's the real disappointment the level of customer service from "Owner" I checked and it's not listed as afranchise ???? ????. Who has a pos system to where the customer comes in and they are told I'll refund it but im going to needyour original receipt to keep and then you'll get your refund after I call another number and have them issue a credit back toyour card. Ok well can I have a receipt to that transaction. He then clearly calls someone of higher authority to getinstructions. I guess I have to take his word. So $48 later and the return of 2 of the worst Sandwiches ever. Still no refund soI'll have to wait and see but come Monday if it's not in my bank. I'll be filing a complaint. Oh I've already contacted mycredit union so I'm going to get it back. Such a disappointment the whole experience. Save your money take a drive go anywherebut here. Read more

The staff is great the owner was kind and offered us water on this hot day. The food is absolutely delicious my favorite... sandwich shop. Great pricing clean and the Bobbi is amazing where else makes a Thanksgiving sandwich during every season! Thereare also reward points. LOVE IT! Read more

I'm giving 5 stars because of the staff and cleanliness. Everything was so clean, even the bathrooms!! The staff...I would give... 10 stars if I could. It was 3 guys on my visit and all 3 were awesome and professional...10 stars for them as well. But the theturkey sandwich was a bit dry and flavorless. The turkey sandwich is not your regular thin sliced " deli" type but like a realThanksgiving sliced(dry, unseasoned) turkey. The bread was fresh , but the turkey didn't meet the mark. I thought Cap?s was only available in Delaware as I know them as a locally owned family shop. So happy to see that they?ve... franchised and are available in NC now too! Best subs around, best turkey and best cole slaw. I wouldn?t go anywhere else orrecommend anywhere else for subs to my friends and family. However this NC franchise location is NOT like the subs I know andlove from back home. They skimp on the meat and overload on the toppings and the rolls are softer than the classic roles in theDE/PA locations. This franchise has some QA work to do but the FLAVORS are still just as delicious so I have hopes this shopwill bring up their standards to match the reputation of the brand. Read more
