SAD. Ate the same breakfast here every other morning. Until recently because of 2 guys working the drive through. Extremely... unprofessional. Made me very uncomfortable with jokes and insults. Tried again hoping for different crew?. and now Im finished.This last time it just didn't feel right after he handed back my credit card. I thought the amount was odd (because I know whatmy order always cost) Checked my visa charges online. Sure enough?..swiped it once for my regular amount and then again for theodd amount. I ordered a veggie Whopper. They forgot the veggie patty. When I discovered this at home I called to complain. Nobody... answered. They weren't busy. I think they were operating with no management present. Read more
Don't know why all the bad reviews. Ordered and food was ready in 2 minutes. Everything was made to order.
I will be contacting the district manager of this particular Burger King. I'm not the type to complain... but I just have to. ... This morning, I visited Burger King in Cary... just as I have on a few other occasions to use the WiFi in the morning with plansto purchase lunch once the lunch menu was to change over. Within 10 minutes of my being in the store, a crew worker approachedme asked me to leave... Stating that I've been using Wifi for 10 minutes without a purchase. I explained that I was planning tomake a purchase later once lunch was being served. Still he wanted me to leave then called the police. I asked to have thenumber to his district manager, and he said "No"... just get out. So I asked again, stating that I will call the districtmanager to let him/her know of the incident. The crew worker then said "I don't care, this Burger King is privately owned andthe owners will not care". So I asked again for the managers number and was still declined. The crew owner then told me to "Gocall Obama". --- Though I would never call Obama, what is Obama going to do? I didn't vote for Obama and this isn't an issuebetween Obama and I. It's an issue concerning the rude staff at this particular Burger King. I am 40 years of age and I'vespent tons of money at Burger King over the course of my lifetime. I have plenty of fat and love handles to show for it(laughing). Anyway, I was escorted out by a Cary police officer and the officer told me to go on over to McDonald's. And here Iam enjoying a coffee and waiting for the lunch menu to change over so that I can enjoy a chicken sandwich. Money that I wouldhave spent at Burger King. -- Anyway, I did call the location to ask someone else for the district managers number and I hateto add that his English is so broken that I could not understand the prefix. After my 3rd time asking the crew member to repeatthe prefix, he then became very abrupt and swiftly hung up the phone upon the call ending. Read more
This has to be the most ghetto-tastic BK I've ever seen. None of the crew have a fifth-grader's command of English, much less a... fifth-grader's ability to follow instructions or do a simply job right. Broken English, abrasive crew, botched orders--how doesthis store continue to operate? Read more
