I just opened my whopper and was about to take a bite when I noticed there was plastic sticking out of it. I am beyond upset.
Right to the point... JUST DON'T BOTHER! I was running a little early, so thought I'd run through the drive through and grab a... burger and drink. I was third in line...no problem right? WRONG! 20 minute later I had to pull out of line and go....thecar in front of me was still waiting to place thier order! So much for being a little early. Now I was lucky not to be late. Read more
Hands down one of the nicest managers I?ve met in a fast food restaurant in a long time. I came late , about 20 mins before... closing and he was so nice and helpful even suggested to try ranch with the jalapeño poppers!!! Great choice btw, thank you somuch for your kindness. Waited 10 mins at the drive thru. Went around to go inside auto order and an employee sitting outside the front door smoking... told me drive thru only. When I told I just waited for 10 mins, she said ?she must he on a break?. I?m sorry,,,what??? Iwouldn?t have been upset if I had been able to go in to order, or if the employee outside wasn?t being extremely rude. Read more
Everything was really delicious. I'm not a big fan of Burger King, but everything we had was cooked perfect: fries & onion rings... were crispy and not over cooked or greasy; burger was good and juicy. I was pleasantly surprised. Read more
Drove across town to grab breakfast Sunday morning, 6/5/2022. Arrived at 7:15 and it was closed. The hours of operation on the... web and door states they open at 7:00. You need to adjust your hours so people do not waste gas at $4.49 a gallon. Read more
This is a very nice Burger King -- it's been renovated inside and out and the landscaping around the parking lot is wonderful.... Of course I would expect no less with it being located in nice Cary. Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre. One of the itemswe purchased was the expensive Philly Cheese King burger. It tasted yummy, but the staff was super stingy with the onions andbarely covered half the burger. For the high price what a disappointment. Also, the heat in the women's bathroom must have beenbroken because brrr it was just as cold in the bathroom as it was outside. I hope they fixed that ASAP. Read more
Absolutely awful place. Tried placing order on drive thru because location was closed from the outside. Drive-thru person was... extremely rude and snarky. If you want good customer service go next door to Chick-fill-a. Read more
