Stopped by to order an Impossible Burger. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and upbeat from start to finish. His... name is Freddy. The service was quick and they used good Covid 19 protection. The burgers were the best we've had in some time. The fries... seemed cut, not extruded and were excellent as well. Great job management and other employees; well done! Read more
This is my second time coming to this Burger King in Cary. At the time of this writing, it is 4:52 pm and the venue was... extremely quiet. The previous visit they were very busy at lunch time. Either way, fast food is exactly that, fast food. Withthat said, I came here to try the "Impossible Burger" for a second time. Vegans should be aware that while the burger is notmade of beef at all, it is cooked on the same grill as the beef and chicken. Hence, you will get flakes of beef and chicken onit at some point. So if you want to fully commit to being vegan, it's not the burger for you. However, I digress, this is notabout the burger, but the staff during my visit were wonderful, talkative, and courteous. If possible I would have given -1 for the feeding us stale food. We really disappointed for the food (chicken burger). We had... given rotten salads(lettuce) inside burger when we opened it. I also attached images. First of all we received our order littlelate then this stale food spoiled our Sunday dinner and night. I would not prefer for anyone to go and try this food.
