I am here almost every other day and I?ve never been greeted or treated with such an unfriendly manner. The younger woman in... glasses ?assisted? me and incorrectly made both my bagels. When brought to her attention that my order was wrong, I was treatedas though I?d made the mistake. I finally received the correct order and left the store. Moments later I was followed out to mycar by the unfriendly employee and then asked ?if I was serious?? Is she serious?! I got coffee and a breakfast bagel sandwich here! Both were great. They have a siracha honey cream cheese which turned out to be... really good! The bagel itself was good too. Would recommend for sure Read more

What a mess! Bruggers used to be amazing but the last two times I came to this location it's been a fail. I walked in about... 8:30am expecting a long line, but there were only two people in front of me. There were 3-4 employees. I thought I ordered aplain bagel with egg and cheese but instead I got an overcooked, uncut rubbery bagel. It was so hard, I basically just ate thecheese and egg. The staffing cannot be an excuse and it wasn't busy. THE WORST. Save your money! Go to the supermarket and makeyour own. Read more

We came in around 12:30pm on Sunday 12th and they had a long line and just a few people making sandwiches. We were called to the... counter by who we assumed was the manager and took our order. She was easy to talk with and even under pressure she kept ittogether! She suggested we got combos with our trays and checked us out. Once we got done eating our bagels an employee evenoffered to take our trays! Best experience we?ve had at this location, even with the longer wait. She (and everyone in there) isdoing a great job! I do like Brugger's bagels, they are always fresh and often still warm. That always makes the sandwich taste good even though... the egg is pre-made, the ham is cold meat, and the cheese is simple sliced American and then microwaved. Best buy is a baker'sdozen, take home or to the office and toast them and top with cream cheese. Read more
