I visited this location on 11/10/2022. I placed my order through the drive thru and went to work. I arrived at work and to my... surprise my entire order was wrong. I drove back to the restaurant and went inside. I explained to Deanna and Shanika that myorder was wrong. These wonderful ladies who did not play a role in my order being incorrect not only remade my order but theywent above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied before leaving again. They also apologized for the inconvenienceand they were so polite and professional. They are wonderful. I appreciate these two ladies I am happy that they both werethere that day. Less than one star would have been more accurate, my biggest issue isn't even the terrible customer service and constant orders... that are wrong, BUT the fact they get my order wr AFTER I've dug thru the box, they take my box, remove the food out my bus andput it back into the serving trays to be given to the next customer!!!! Person taking my order got it incorrectly. Whoever bagged the order did so in a way that by the time I made it home all of the... pinto beans had spilled into the bag and onto my car seat. Fries were unseasoned and covered in bean juice at that point.Chicken was not tasty. Overall worst Bojangles experience ever. Will not be returning. Read more
I ordered bo- rounds and I had to wait for them to make a fresh batch because, well it was 2:00 in the afternoon and it wasn't a... common request. That's on me. I haven't been to Bojangles since I was a kid I always enjoyed the taste of thier chicken. I visited and it was as good as I... remember as young teen. This location is about 6 months old. I have to say the chicken was hot and juicy and just the rightamount of spice. The employee Pam should be recognized for her excellent service and friendliness. I hope the owners recognizewhat she brings to this location. I feel like her customer service skills will keep the guests happy and returning again andagain. They where doing great until this morning. Stopped on my way into work for breakfast and a large Dirty Rice. Breakfast ... sandwiches where good but my rice was just that, no sausage and dry. I would've understood if I was told before purchasingthat the dirty rice recipe had changed but I was expecting the dirty rice with all of the ingredients ( that makes adifference). I know someone will think this is petty but when you place an order through the drive-thru you would expect it tobe right.
