If you're hungry enough you'll wait in line forever whether it's inside or outside at the drive-thru, later at night is the... worst, day-time service is much better in my opinion. Definitely not worth the wait if you want quality food served with qualityservice. Read more
This one of the Cleanest, and newest Bojangles I've been in in a while.. not busy at all but clearly open to the public and it... was about lunch time.. the CSR very attentive and understanding of our order. Worst bojangles I?ve been to. Always an issue. So glad they built the one on walnut. Always out of food. Waiting 30 plus minutes... for chicken. Slow staff. Order a 3 piece dark and get a wing and a breast with a thigh. Read more
I?ve seen two cockroaches inside and some ants. Ever since Fidel left, the service and my experience at this location has been... terrible. I have received the wrong order, missing stuff from my order. Most of the employees here are rude and look like theydon?t even want to be there. Fidel was always kind and helpful. Since Fidel left I have been there a total of 3 times. Once, Ireceived someone else?s order, another time one of the employees threw a bunch of sauces in my dads face, and the other timethey employee at the drive thru was super rude and gave me cold food. We go there shortly before closing time, around 1030pm. They were behind in orders, but after waiting about 15 minutes, we got... our order and it was fresh and hot. Very tasty! They were out of biscuits, so they gave us a double portion of the chickensupreme tenders, which, frankly,, I preferred! Not the healthiest food, but certainly helps fill you up! Read more
I had heard about this place for a long time, so maybe I was just expecting a little too much from it. The food was alright, but... I definitely didn't feel like it deserved the amount of praise it gets. The borounds? Tatertots/hashbrown things were amazing,and the glazed cinnamon roll type thing was pretty good too, but I tried a few other things and they were all just OK. One thingthat really disappointed me was that there apparently was no spicy option for the chicken, or anything else for that matter?Seriously, I asked and the woman said they didn't have anything spicy. I had already spent a month in NC, so I knew not toexpect anything very hot, but I still can't believe there wasn't a single spicy option on the menu. That seriously confusedme. The highlight of the trip was 100% the borounds, or whatever the hell they call their mini disk shapedhashbrowns/tatertots. I think I'll get my uncle to freeze a bunch and send em to me. The wait time in the drive thru was 15 minutes. The employees had very poor customer service. We were not greeted before asking... to place order and the order was wrong. They refused to fix the incorrect order. We went to another Bojangles to get our orderright. We will never eat at this Bojangles again. Read more
