Went to Bojangles today on Winston Hill around 3:45pm and the service was horrible.I was behind Another person and we both... waited for 15 mins if not longer They were obviously short staffed but that?s not the issue I watched how manager treated thecustomer who patiently waited as well as me The customer finally gets to order after 15 mins then had to wait another 10 minsto get his food the manager never apologized for waiting and was slamming things his whole attitude needs adjusted We we?re allwaiting patiently and not one time did the manager say I am sorry for the wait I will be with you in a moment or Thank you forwaiting I understand the short staff and longer wait times but this lack of common courtesy and respect for those who chooseto spend their money in your establishment is unacceptable I watched how this guy was treated and he never said anythingunpleasant he even thank them for their hard work the manger didn?t even say your welcome he just kept on making Drive throughsdrink orders and ignoring the rest of us in line by this time it was 3 others including me I ended up leaving because I knewif this was how customer service was going to be and it was not going to end well and I will not spend my money where a thankyou and common courtesy is an afterthought! zero stars!!!!! I cannot attest to the inside of this Bojangles because I've never been in there. But every time I go to the drive-thru they're... always pretty damn quick, and my order is almost always correct. I see them in their hustling, and whoever works the windowusually is mostly friendly. Never had bad chicken from here so they get all the stars. Read more

I love Bojangles, but this is the worst one I?ve ever been to. We?ve tried 3 separate times, and each time the drive through has... been slow, the food has been sub-par and/or they got our order wrong, and this last time the manager (name tag said John) beganinterrupting his employee and my husband as we were trying to place our order (edited to add that I just read another reviewfrom today, and this is the same manager, and his interruptions were also about what we called the salad)! Save yourself thetrouble and either go to a different Bojangles, or go to Chick-fil-A or Biscuitville - they?re both minutes away. Read more

While I highly doubt this review will resolve anything let alone reprimand this person of Management in private or public my... visit today was so unpleasant it?s worth a shot. I approached the Drive-thru window at approx 3:17 PM and was immediatelygreeted by a male asking to take my order. I then began asking for a ?supreme garden salad? and the male responded that thoseitems (a garden salad and a garden salad with supremes) were two separate items and to clarify which of the two I would like. Iresponded with my apologies stating in the area I?m originally familiar with they're referred to as supreme garden salads.Assuming the male wanted to get the ?last word? asked to verify AGAIN what I would like. I continued with my order and receivedmy total and pulled forward. The car before me was greeted by the order taker and received their food within 30 seconds (asexpected of BoJangles) however when I pulled to the window I was not greeted nor did anyone come to the window to provide anysort of update until exactly 6 minutes after my receipt was printed (my receipt was printed at 3:19 and my card was swiped at3:25 pm). The person at the window name tag read John, Manager. After I received my food I intentionally waited to see how longthe car after me would be greeted and receive their food?once again all within 30 seconds. John behavior was very much less thanpar and I am truly disgusted in how unprofessional my order was handled. Read more

Never had an issue here in the span of 10yrs that I've been a customer until tonight! (Tues May 24, 22.) Pulled up to the drive... thru at 9:20 PM and was told they only had certain pieces and a select few to choose from & that they weren't cooking anymore! Iunderstand wanting to leave work on the dot but I've worked in food service almost 20 yrs and the customer got what the customerwanted unless it was completely sold out and didn't exist inside the restaurant! We also weren't allowed to 'break things down'until 10-15 minutes before closing just to be sure! I've seen managers lose their jobs for this reason alone! If you don't likeyour job then go find another! This is unacceptable! I've come to this location *15 minutes* before closing and was able to getmy usual 8-12 piece chicken box. Last night I spent over $30 and will be glad to take my money elsewhere if this is going to bethe norm! Read more

The food is usually good but my orders have been messed up quite a few times with items not making it in the bag. The last few... times I?ve been they haven?t had any sauce. Read more

I come here very frequently, despite the long waits but these last 2 visits done it for me. There?s no reason my cajun filet was... literally black #1.. and taste like pure salt. Waste of money once again & will not be back Read more
