Love that I found this hidden spot in Cary. Located just off Vary Parkway (and out of sight) this was really impressed me. The... food was outstanding. I ordered the DAK GALBI (SPICY CHICKEN) BIBIMBAP and it was so good. The egg wasn't running, but theflavor was still amazing. The only reason for the 4 stars is bevause their booth seats need to be reupholstered. I was wearingshorts and the vinyl kept pinching my leg, so much that I needed to have a few napkins underneath to avoid being uncomfortable. That's the only negative. I will certainly be back and will try a few of their other dishes, including sushi and Bulgogi. Read more

Im a regular so I thought I should drop a review. Aroma has great quality sushi. It is always fresh tasting and their rice has... the perfect texture and ratio with the other ingredients. One of the best sushi restaurants I?ve been to in the Raleigh area.Their presentation is beautiful as well. Read more

Made a last minute trip to Cary to visit H-Mart & Aroma was one of the only places open by the time we finished up grocery... shopping. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted & promptly seated. The service was impeccable & the food tasted fantastic! Weordered the bulgogi fries & KFC to share & I ordered the bulgogi for my entree; the food was brought to our table pretty quick.I will say that the KFC is an order of 3 pieces of meat (as noted on the menu) so if you?re trying to share between 2 people, you might have to draw straws on who gets the last one lol! Overall, I?m glad we stopped by Aroma before driving home & I woulddefinitely recommend you give this place a try as well! Read more

It?s a nice restaurant that?s easy to miss if you?re driving by and not looking for it. I?ve been there several times and the... presentation of their food has always been spot on. Tried both their Korean and Japanese cuisine that are equally delicious. Theambience and setting is quiet, great for a group of friends looking for some privacy. The photos are of their chirashi don. Thesashimi is of the proper thicker cut than sushi and the quality of the fish was?alright. Read more

What a great place! Lots of Korean and Japanese choices on the menu. We truly enjoyed our dinner there. I ordered the... traditional sushi platter while the rest of our party ordered cooked dishes. The waitress informed me that the sushi will takea little longer due to the backlog of other sushi orders and the cooked dishes will arrive before the sushi platter. I was finewith that. As expected, the cooked dishes arrived. A few minutes later, the waitress apologized again for the wait andprovided a complimentary house salad. Didn't expect that. Kudos to Aroma Korea for being thoughtful and for a wonderful diningexperience. Read more

Came here for lunch on a Thursday and really enjoyed the food. The Bento Box is an excellent value at $11.50, which included... the main dish, 4 pieces of sushi, "chef's choice" which was one fried dumpling, one piece of fried fish, and a fish ball. Itcame with salad and rice, a filling meal. The Nagasaki ramen noodle came in a big bowl with lots of soup and decent ramennoodles. It is suppose to be seafood, and there were one oyster, some shrimp and little pieces of scallops but would have likedto see more. It also had a few pieces of meat (not sure if it was pork or beef). Both dishes were flavorful and tastedgood. The service was good. I would come back and try other parts of the menu. Read more
